Store in a dry place, in its original container and at a temperature below 25ºC.
Keep away from light and heat.
Take 3 capsules twice a day, before meals. If necessary, you can increase the dose to another 3 capsules at another meal, for a total of 9 capsules per day.
Take with 1 or 2 glasses of water.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
