Read the instructions before use. Clean and dry your denture before applying the adhesive cream. Apply the adhesive cream in fine, continuous lines as indicated in the instructions, or even less. You will likely need to do some testing before finding the right amount. Insert the denture and hold it in place for a few seconds. If the product overflows when you put it in your mouth, it means you have used too much. To remove your denture, rinse your mouth with warm water and move the denture until it comes loose. Do not use more adhesive cream than indicated. Do not use the product more than once a day. Used normally, this tube should last at least 6 to 7 weeks. Do not use excess product if the denture is poorly fitting. Consult a doctor if you are already using other products containing zinc. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children.
