- To allow its correct use and give it all its effectiveness, it is important to choose the correct size (measure the circumference of your hips below the navel with a tape measure). When putting it on, place the belt over your legs, lift it up until the lower part of the belt is at the level of the intergluteal fold, covering the painful area.
- Machine wash at 30°C without fabric softener. Air dry.
