Due to its content in zinc salts, it hinders the adhesion of pathogenic microorganisms in the tissues of the mouth. Provitamin B5 strengthens and tones the gums, it also regenerates the epithelium of the oral mucosa. Vitamin B3 is an antioxidant, it helps to form collagen that revitalises the gingival tissue. Fluoride and xylitol offer an anticaries action, which prevents the growth of cariogenic bacteria and the demineralization of the enamel.
