It is recommended to use undiluted. Pour 10 to 15ml of the mouthwash into the dosing cup. Rinse mouth for 30 seconds and expel. Use twice daily after brushing, or as recommended by your dentist.
Use mouthwash after thoroughly brushing your teeth. Visit your dentist a couple of times a year to check for cavities and dentin degradation.
