It is a very effective hot/cold cream. I apply it in the morning and at night and I have noticed a great relief. I wish it came in a larger format than 30 gr so that it would last longer even though the price is proportionally more expensive.

The rumalaya gel that I bought in November 2021 expires in 2022, when the product is from 2019 to 2022. A disappointment as it is not a product that I use every day and in a year I will not even spend it. The gel and its effect is amazing for aches and pains.
