Int-Salim brown flax seeds are ground organic seeds, nutritious and very versatile. It is a food rich in fiber and protein and have a neutral flavour that makes them suitable for any recipe and for breakfast accompaniments, sauces or spices. They are rich in Omega-3. A tablespoon and a half satisfies the daily needs of the body of this fatty acid. They have vitamin B1. They are characterized by improving chronic constipation, skin, decreases circulating cholesterol and joint pain when they have an inflammatory origin, among others. It is not recommended in cases of acute abdominal pain. It should not be administered when taking oral antidiabetics, insulin or acetylsalicylic acid. It is best to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
