Instructions for use

Before the first use, fully charge the device using the USB cable. Clean and dry the skin in the area where the massager will be applied. Place the control module on the adhesive pad and remove the protective film before placing it on the area of the body to be treated. Press and hold the power button to activate the device and select the desired massage mode and intensity level. The device uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and heat function to help relax the treated area. Gradually adjust the intensity for greater comfort. Once you have finished using it, turn off the device, remove the pad, and replace the protective film before storing it.
