I started taking it a few days ago. With these things you have to be constant but it has a pretty good composition. I was sure I wanted to take Vit. D and I read that associated with k2 the benefits increase. Just one capsule a day is great. I saw others where you have to take 2. It is also a brand that gives me confidence.
