Kamel® Glicederm gel 500ml is a liquid gel formulated from a solution of natural components that give the product a perfect skin hygiene while helping to keep the skin fresh. 100% vegetable glycerin content and its balanced formulation, make it especially recommended in all cases that require frequent washing.

  • It is very soluble to water, so it cleanses without leaving any residue that could clog the pores.
  • Being a gel of vegetable origin, it produces little foam compared to liquid soaps made with synthetic detergents.
  • Due to its vegetable origin, it has a good cleaning power, facilitates rinsing and leaves no synthetic residues in the pores of the dermis.

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

One of the best-known products with glycerine as a base component is soap. These soaps have a low pH and work as emollient agents on the skin, helping it to maintain and recover its natural moisture level. This is why they are perfect for sensitive or dry skin hygiene.

Glycerin is also present in moisturising creams with an anti-ageing effect, thanks to its ability to soften the skin and increase its elasticity. It has great soothing action, so it effectively reduces irritations, acne marks or small burns, helping accelerate healing. It is also present in shaving lotions, as it reduces friction, as well as in hair care cosmetics such as serums and masks.
