Description

Bath salt crystals with arnica extract and essential oils of cabreuva, rosemary and pine. Arnica bath salts are rich in minerals and trace elements, being ideal for the proper balance of the skin.
With anti-inflammatory effect, which helps to relieve muscle and joint tension.
Toning and revitalising, it reduces fatigue and stimulates blood circulation.
Suitable for balneotherapy baths.

Instructions for use

-Pour the crystals in a bath of warm water and mix until completely dissolved.
-The duration of the bath should be 15-20 minutes.
-When leaving the bath, gently rub the skin.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.

Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.

In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.

It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.

Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
