La Abuela Carmen Organic Black Garlic 400g is black garlic obtained from garlic from organic crops, after a long process of natural maturation with controlled temperature and humidity in Cordoba.
It has the diuretic, depurative, antiseptic and antibacterial qualities of fresh garlic, but with a very different flavor: sweet, with spicy nuances and hints of licorice.
It can be consumed alone or in a multitude of recipes. It contains no added sugar, gluten or lactose, and is suitable for vegans.
