Description

La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Oil Control Gel Cream SPF50+ 50ml is a high-protection SPF50+ facial sunscreen.

It helps reduce the impact of UVA and UVB rays by exerting a powerful antioxidant effect, as well as helping to prevent sunburn and protect against cell damage. It provides very high protection against ultra-long UVA rays (340-400nm).

It also has a gel texture with a dry finish that prevents the appearance of shine and guarantees immediate absorption.

Fragrance-free and paraben-free, this formula is ideal for atopic skin that reacts easily to the sun.

Ideal for combination or oily skin, especially sensitive skin. Hypoallergenic fragrance. Water-resistant.

Instructions for use

  • Apply evenly two fingers' worth to cleansed skin on the face, neck and décolleté 30 minutes before sun exposure.

  • Avoid any contact with the eyes.

  • Massage until completely absorbed.

  • To maintain protection, repeat every 2 hours or after bathing, sweating or drying off.

Pharmaceutical Advice

For sunscreen with maximum effectiveness, remember to apply enough, sunscreen spread it evenly and reapply it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. Don't forget sensitive areas such as the edges of the ears, nose and chest. In addition to topical sunscreen, use complementary accessories such as brim hats and adjustable sunglasses. Boost skincare with oral sunscreen (in the form of a food supplement) combined with a balanced diet. Avoid exposure in the middle of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00). Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.

Overexposure causes oxidative damage, leads to photo-ageing and can lead to the development of skin conditions. Don't forget to apply after sun to both your face and body to maintain the skin’s antioxidants and daily hydration. If you take photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is especially important to follow these recommendations. In any case, if you develop blisters, fever or headache after sun exposure, consult your doctor.

Excessive sun exposure is a health hazard. Do not stay in the sun too long, even if you use a sunscreen product, as it does not protect you 100%, nor against heatstroke. Children and babies: direct sun exposure is not recommended. For children under 6 (six) months, consult a doctor. How to use: Apply the product generously immediately before sun exposure. Reapply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. If the amount applied is inadequate, the level of protection will be significantly reduced. Keep out of reach of children. For external use. Do not apply directly to the face. Before using, spray into the palms of your hands. Avoid contact with the eyes, as it may cause irritation. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Avoid contact with fabrics. Apply sunscreen at least 10 minutes before getting dressed. Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear.
