Sweet almond oil is a versatile vegetable oil with skin and hair care benefits. As its name suggests, it is obtained from pressing ripe, dried sweet almond seeds.

It is rich in omega-9 fatty acids (such as oleic acid) and omega-6 fatty acids (including linoleic acid). It also provides vitamin E.
