The recommended dose for maintaining intimate wellness is 1 capsule a day for a minimum of 20 days. In acute situations, such as imbalances or infections, it is suggested to take 2 capsules a day for 10 days. After this period, continue taking 1 capsule a day for 2-3 months for prolonged benefit.
