Topical use, exclusively on the skin without epidermal (wound, irritation). Shake the LADANOL container 4-5 times to emulsify its two natural phases. Hold the spray about 15-20 cm from the skin and apply to the area of pain without rubbing or spreading. Wait one minute for absorption. You will notice a cold/heat effect and pain relief. Apply every 6 hours, and in cases of extreme pain, every 1.5 hours with caution for possible irritations. Not recommended for children under 12 years old or pregnant women.
