Pharmaceutical Advice

In the summer, when we notice the heavier legs, we can do leg baths with fresh water. In winter, alternate hot and cold showers on the legs. We can also apply some invigorating gel through an upward massage, to relax and refresh the legs.
If you are ill, take medication or if the circulatory problems persist, consult a health professional. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and active lifestyle.
