Description

Closure of wounds by first and second intention. Superficial cuts. Replaces stitches in surface sutures. Support and relief of subcutaneous sutures, staples or repetitive sutures on the same area. By replacing the staples on the third postoperative day with this suture, the resulting scar is almost unnoticeable. Porous adhesive strips for wound closure. Tension-free adaptation to the wound edges. High adhesiveness. Hypoallergenic adhesive. Elastic; stretches with wound oedema and returns exactly to its original length when the oedema has disappeared. Protects the wound from stretching and tearing. Porous; permeable to air and water vapour. Does not cause skin maceration. Can be used in combination with subcutaneous sutures or as a stitch substitute in surface sutures.

Composition

100% polyamide coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive.
