Facilitates dressing care and support for minor wounds

Description

Curafix H tape from the manufacturer Lohmann & Rauscher. Flexible, stretchable tape. It is mainly used for the ideal fastening of dressings, even large ones. In the form of a non-woven, multi-stretch adhesive strip, it has the ability to follow anatomical contours and thus to follow all your movements for maximum comfort (even in the joints). In addition, it perfectly insulates the dressing against bacteria, fungi, spores and other micro-organisms, which helps to reduce the risk of infection. It also has the particularity of being permeable to air and water vapour. This prevents maceration, which is responsible for infection and delayed healing, and allows the patient to keep the bandage on in the shower or in the bath.
