Lohmann Lomatuell H Tulle Gras is a non-adherent dressing with a cotton gauze support impregnated with petroleum jelly. It is indicated for:
Superficial wounds

Post-skin graft dressings

Postoperative dressings in plastic surgery
The gauze with a large mesh promotes tissue oxygenation and prevents adherence to the wound. The amount of petroleum jelly allows for the application of other specific dressings for wound care.
