I am familiar with the product, but to improve the purchase I would add two things: the shipping box should be smaller. It is not a fragile product, so you can send it in an envelope bag. The box I received was too big for that product. On the other hand, the delivery person did not meet me at home and they did not call me on the phone. They left it with a neighbor without notifying me.
