Condoms are a contraceptive method that prevent both unwanted pregnancies and the spread of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs). It is important to remember that it can also be used as a barrier when having oral sex. The use of condoms guarantees a safer sexual practice. Condoms are available in different materials, in case of allergies to a particular component, and in different sizes. There are male and female condoms. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Remember that no contraceptive method is completely effective, and that the use of condoms is compatible with other contraceptive methods prescribed by a doctor, such as the contraceptive pill, the vaginal ring, IUD, etc. Using both a male and female condom at the same time is not recommended.
