Description

Post-training Dietary supplement formulated with proteins, carbohydrates and collagen. Its contribution of calcium, creatine and essential amino acids favors the proper functioning of the joints as well as the development and maintenance of muscle mass. It contains 9 vitamins and 8 minerals. Ideal for athletes who perform strength activities and want to provide an extra to their muscle recovery.

Instructions for use

Take the mixture of 100g (2 scoops) in 450-550ml of water at the end of physical activity.
