Meritene Enhanced Nutrition Instant Multigrain Cereal 520g is an easy-to-consume cereal cream that helps to increase the caloric and nutritional intake of the diet.

Its Proexpert formula, based on cereals, is reinforced with vitamins and minerals:

• Vitamins B6, B12, and Iron that help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

• Vitamin D and Calcium that contribute to the normal maintenance of bones.

• Vitamin C and Folic Acid that contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Indicated for older adults with difficulties swallowing and/or chewing, as well as in cases of appetite loss related to aging.

• It is recommended to take 1 or 2 servings a day.

• Slowly add 40 g of product (4 heaping tablespoons) to 200 ml of cold or warm semi-skimmed milk, stirring until fully dissolved.

• It can also be prepared with water or other liquids; in this case, the nutritional value will be different.

• If not consumed at the time of preparation, store covered and refrigerated for a maximum of 24 hours.

• If you add more semi-skimmed milk, you can achieve a more liquid consistency and drink it as a beverage.

• Store in a cool, dry place.
