Instructions for use

- Open the steriliser - Insert the menstrual cup - Fill with water without reaching the rigid edge - Cover and put it in the microwave or bain-marie - Let the water boil for 2-3 minutes - Remove and drain the water taking care not to burn yourself.

For the price it is not bad. It is convenient to use it in the microwave, but you have to put a plate underneath because when boiling the lid lifts a little and spills water
