Description

Tekka seasoning made with ingredients and recipes from the Japanese tradition. It contains hatcho miso, sesame paste, sesame oil, carrots, burdock and lotus root. Helps digestion and blood purification, provides energy and vegetable protein. Sesame is a gluten-free seed, rich in vitamins B, E and K, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, iron, iodine, fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats. Recommended for seasoning food dishes.
