Organic Kukicha tea of Japanese origin. It is ideal for children and the elderly, as it contains virtually no theine, this is because it contains only Bancha tea branches and have to remain at least three years in the plant, so it loses virtually all the theine, but has absorbed nutrients.

It is very rich in minerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium, fluorine) and is alkalizing, so it helps to improve digestion and the elimination of retained fluids in the body.

-For two cups, put two teaspoons of kukicha leaves in the kettle and add 300ml of boiling water.

-Let steep for 2 minutes or 3-5 minutes for a more intense flavour.
