Salmon oil (230 mg), ascorbate cáLCICUM (72.67 MG), BORAGE OIL (60 MG), L-CYSTINE (50 MG), MAGNESIUM SULPHATE (30 MG), HYDROGENATED SOY FAT (25 MG), Ferrous sulfate (22 mg), soya lecithin (20 mg), nicotinamide (18 mg), beeswax (15 mg), vitamin e acetate (10 mg), pantothenate cáLcicum (6 mg), zinc oxide (4.40 mg), vitamin b6 (1.80 mg), vitamin b6 (1.80 mg), vitamin b2 (1.70 mg), vitamin b1 (1.40 mg), vitamin b2 (1.00 mg), folic acid (0.15 mg), biotin (0.066 mg). Gelatin, glycerin, poncean color and red iron dioxide.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
