Naturgreen green soy texturized thick 200g is a product based on coarse textured green soy, which is a vegetable protein made from the flour or powdered soy concentrate. Is a food low in fat and rich in proteins, elastic but not it melts or breaks easily, with tenderness, juiciness and is pleasant to chew, with a mild flavor but non-neutral and which can be used as meat substitute.
Cover with water and let soak 20 min approx. used as a meat substitute in casseroles, sauces and burgers.
