Take 2 capsules a day, preferably one at breakfast and one in the middle of the afternoon with plenty of water (200ml).

Moench.), Knob (Perilla frutescens Britton), Fumitory (Fumaria officinalis L.), Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.), Nettle (Urtica dioica L.), Citrus bioflavonoids, Magnesium oxide, Sophora (Sophora japonica L.), Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.).), Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L), Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Loading Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), 50% Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol Acetate), Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate and Dióvitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
