Don't worry, with Sinlac cereal porridge you have the solution.

Nestlé Sinlac is a high-nutritional-value cereal porridge characterized by the absence of milk, lactose, gluten, and soy, so it can be used in cases of intolerance to any of these ingredients. Unlike other porridges, Sinlac is prepared quickly and easily with water.

Sinlac is composed of:

• A combination of rice flour and carob seed, being an excellent source of proteins, minerals, unsaturated fatty acids, and gluten-free.
  By containing rice flour, Sinlac becomes a porridge of easy digestibility and with low allergenic potential.
• Bifidus BL as a probiotic.
• Iron, zinc, and vitamins A and C to strengthen its defenses.

*Formula without milk, without lactose, without gluten, and without soy.

It's really delicious!

1. Put 150-180ml of warm water on a plate.

2. Gradually add 25-30g of powdered cereal porridge (approximately 4 or 5 tablespoons).

3. It's better to stir with a fork than with a spoon to achieve a better texture.
