Nexcare® ColdHot Cold Spray is an instant relief spray for bruises and muscle discomfort.

This cold spray, applied to inflamed and bruised areas, will have a soothing action on the affected area thanks to its formulation that contains emollient substances.

Ideal for athletes.

Instructions for use

  • Vaporise at a minimum distance of 15 centimeters for a maximum time of 5 seconds.

  • Do not use on open wounds, burns or mucous membranes.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Menthol is a compound extracted from plants such as peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) and can also be manufactured synthetically. As an ingredient in gels, creams and lotions for topical application, it has a well-known cooling effect, as well as being a mild antiseptic and analgesic. These properties make it suitable for mitigating joint and muscle discomfort in the context of exercise or daily wellness.

It is also used as an ingredient in cosmetics that can help to refresh and soothe the itching caused by eczema or dermatitis. In hair products, such as shampoos, it provides freshness. And in the oral health category, it is often present in toothpaste and mouthwashes, as it will contribute to a fresh breath.

In case of allergy to the substance, chronic respiratory diseases, and in young children, do not use products with menthol and consult a healthcare professional.
