Description

For health reasons, poor hydration and lack of care in the feet, the heels can crack and even cause pain and discomfort. This problem affects the outer layer of the skin and may also indicate zinc and omega-3 deficiency.

Nexfoot cream for cracked heels, is a product that moisturizes the skin of the heels, removes hardened areas, maintains moisture, helps soothe pain and prevents infections.

It is recommended to apply it twice a day with a gentle massage on your feet;

Pharmaceutical Advice

It is important to maintain a foot care routine, starting with daily cleansing and moisturising.

Once or twice a week you can gently exfoliate your feet to remove dead cells and impurities and promote skin renewal. Undoubtedly, moisturising daily is the greatest way to combat calluses. In the colder months and in summer (when feet are more exposed and dehydrated due to environmental and lifestyle conditions), I recommend applying a thicker layer of moisturiser at night and letting it work while you sleep.
In case of discomfort when walking and/or persistent calluses, visit your podiatrist.
