This dietary supplement should be used as part of a balanced and varied diet that includes regular consumption of fruits and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. The daily amount of 3 mg of monacolin from red yeast rice should not be consumed or more. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents under 18 years old, or adults over 70 years old. If you experience any health issues, consult your doctor about consuming this product. It should not be consumed along with medication to reduce cholesterol. It should not be consumed if other products containing red yeast rice are already being taken. Not recommended for individuals on anticoagulant treatment or for women with a personal history of breast cancer. Store the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
