Nuxe Sunscreen Milk SPF30 + Shower Shampoo Set is a set that helps protect the skin from the sun and to recover after prolonged exposure.

This set includes the Nuxe Sun Milk Delicious High Protection SPF30 150ml to protect the body and face from the sun. It contains stable sunscreens and offers SPF30 protection against UVA and UVB rays. It is also water-resistant and does not contain any animal ingredients.

This set includes the 100ml after-sun shampoo that helps to refresh and remove salt, chlorine and sand that may have remained on the skin or hair. Easily biodegradable formula. Free of animal ingredients.

Instructions for use

Solar Milk Fundente High Protection SPF30 for face and body: Before sun exposure, apply the product generously all over the face and body, avoiding the eye area. Reapply frequently, especially after bathing or towel drying. If a sufficient amount of product is not applied, sun protection is significantly reduced. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. A sunscreen does not provide total protection. Avoid sun exposure during the peak hours of the day. Shampoo and Shower Gel for after sun: Lather on wet skin and hair and rinse with plenty of water. Ideal after the beach or pool. Rinse in case of contact with eyes.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Using sunscreen is essential to protect our skin from UVA and UVB rays. The sunscreens' sun filters create a barrier on the skin that protects it from irritation, burns, allergies and redness. For effective sunscreen, it must be applied in sufficient quantities and spread evenly over the entire surface of the skin.

Apply the sunscreen every 2 hours, after bathing, physical activity or sweating. It is also important to avoid exposure to the sun during the central hours of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00) and to keep infants and babies out of direct sun exposure. It is important to bear in mind that the sun is responsible for skin ageing and overexposure to its rays causes photo-ageing, produces oxidative damage and can trigger skin problems. You can boost protection by taking dietary supplements with a balanced diet and using accessories such as sunglasses or wide-brimmed hats.

Finally, remember to use aftersun on both face and body to maintain the skin's necessary antioxidants and hydration. If you take photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is particularly important to follow these recommendations. In any case, if after sun exposure you develop blisters, fever or a headache, consult your doctor.
