Oftaclean Ophthalmic Wipes 30 Units are sterile and soft single-use wipes that help to clean the eyelids, eyelashes and eyelid margin of impurities or external particles that may have accumulated in this area throughout the day.

Thanks to the mild, non-irritating ophthalmic solution they contain, they help to moisturize and deeply and gently cleanse the periocular area, helping to remove dirt, make-up and secretions.

• Using clean hands, unfold the wipe and wipe over the eyelid margin and eyelashes, keeping the eye closed.

• In case of persistent secretions, inflammation of the eyelid margin (conjunctivitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, sties) and occlusions of the tear duct, it is preferable to apply as a warm, moist compress to the affected area. To do this, warm the sachet by immersing it in warm water (40 °C) for 3-5 minutes while still sealed. After heating, open the sachet, remove the wipe and, keeping it folded, gently massage the affected area for 1-2 minutes while keeping the eye closed.

• In case of itching or swelling of the eyelids, apply a cold compress to the affected area to achieve a decongestant effect. To do this, chill the sachet in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Open the sachet and apply the wipe, keeping it folded, to the affected area for 1-2 minutes, taking care to keep the eye closed.

• Do not rinse after use.
