The predominant material is padded foam, derived from a honeycomb fabric and soft straps. It has neoprene covers on the straps to make it more comfortable and adaptable to the patient. It closes with Velcro and buckles. The velcro straps can be removed to solve a particular medical situation. The straps are rigid to guarantee the immobilisation of the shoulders.
