It provides comfort in the practice of sports and other activities. It includes a graft with spikes on the patella, which holds it on its axis when making movements and relieves imbalances and irritations. It comes with two removable control systems: the first with two articulated mini-supports (to limit the range of motion) and the second with two spiral springs (which promote walking), used as required. It is relevant in cases of tendinopathies, meniscus imbalance, mild osteoarthritis and mild instability and secondary damage.
