This Orliman article is a reinforced truss. It consists of a velcro closure to reduce and compress the hernias, providing comfort to the patient through the pressure exerted. Its use is recommended for people with lateral and bilateral reducible inguinal hernias. It is made of elastic with velcro closure, anatomical pads and straps. It compresses and contains the inguinal area, in an adjustable way by the user, to relieve pain through pressure. In order to use this Orliman brace, the recommendation of a specialist is necessary. There are 3 types of trusses available: right, left and both sides. The left side can be purchased from size 6, which corresponds to a hip circumference of between 70 and 78cm, up to size 12, for hip circumferences of between 110 and 120cm.
