Description

Dietary supplement in stick form with orodispersible powder, which helps to promote the physiological control of gastric acidity. Made from Mallow and Indian gooseberry mucilage. It also contains sodium alginate and magnesium citrate, which help to prevent temporary constipation.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
