It helps to reduce agitation and minor emotional imbalances such as moodiness and nervousness that can arise from the frenetic pace of modern life.

- Under 5 years: Take 1 teaspoon a day until noon, after meals.
- Over 5 years: Take 2 teaspoons a day until noon, after meals.
