Phyto Phytophanère Hair and Nails 2x120 caps is a dietary supplement that promotes hair and nail growth.

Formulated with vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts: Vitamins B2, B5, B6, B8, C, E, Borage Oil, and Zinc. Vitamin B6 contributes to the production of cysteine, creating keratin. Vitamin B8 and zinc help maintain hair and provide strength.

Indicated for adults.

• Take 2 capsules daily in the morning with a large glass of water.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, i.e. it can be dissolved in fats and oils. It acts as a powerful antioxidant, protecting cell membranes against damage caused by free radicals (as a result of pollution or solar ultraviolet radiation) and therefore helps to prevent skin aging.

It also supports the immune system and inhibits platelet aggregation, depending on the dose. It is also involved in the regulation of several enzymes.
