Description

Pranarôm Ravintsara Essential Oil BIO 10ml is a natural treatment with immune stimulating, antibacterial, anti-catarrhal, expectorant and neurotonic action.

This essential oil is used to relieve the effects of colds, bronchitis, fatigue or nervousness.

Instructions for use

How do you use Pranarôm Ravintsara Qt Cineol BIO?

  • Internal route: Apply 2 drops of CTEO 3 times a day in synergy with niaouli or eucalyptus radiata, mixed with honey, olive oil or cane sugar under the tongue, for all viral states and nervous problems.
  • External: Apply 5 drops of CTEO 3 times a day, massaging both sides of the spine or chest, depending on the condition to be treated.
  • Usually to strengthen the immune defenses: Apply 6 drops in local application on the arch of the feet or on the chest morning and evening.
