Pranarôm Organic Wintergreen Essential Oil 10ml is an essential oil with anti-inflammatory properties to relieve joint and muscle problems.

It is ideal to soothe problems such as rheumatism, osteoarthritis, arthritis, joint pain, stiffness or cramps, muscle aches, tendinitis, sciatica, lumbago or sprains. It also helps to eliminate bruises and cellulite.

• External: for arthritis, rheumatism, spasms, tendinitis, always dilute: 3 drops of the oil + 3 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil applied to the area, 3 times a day.
• Internal : for liver problems, 1 drop of the oil, 3 times a day, mixed with honey, olive oil or cane sugar, under the tongue.
