Description

Semi-fresh stuffed pasta, egg and palm oil free, ideal for preparing a delicious pasta dish in a few minutes. It allows to obtain a portion for 2 or 3 people. The tasty filling of this product is made of ricotta, a soft cheese, combined with tomato for a summer recipe.

Instructions for use

Bring 2.5 liters of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta without the tray in a small saucepan for 12 minutes for an al dente cooking or 15 minutes for a melting cooking.

Composition

Dough: superior durum wheat semolina*, water.

Filling (40%): bread crumbs* (wheat flour*, yeast*), ricotta* (milk), dried tomatoes*, potato flakes*, sunflower oil*, sea salt, emulsifier: soy lecithins*, spices* (basil*, oregano*, pepper*), whole cane sugar*.

Total content of 8% ricotta and 4% tomato.
