Super absorbent sterile non-adherent dressing for the treatment of exuding wounds of the Resposorb brand, presented in each of 10 units. This product is made of four layers of different materials.
The first layer is made of a very soft viscose/polyamide hydrophilic non-woven material that prevents adherence to the wound. This is followed by a layer of hydrophilic cellulose designed to diffuse liquids evenly. This is followed by a super absorbent layer made of cellulose flakes mixed with superabsorbent polyacrylate polymers that allow absorption and retention of exudates. Finally, the outer layer is made of non-woven polypropylene, green in colour, hydrophobic, but permeable to air and gas exchange.
