Description

Dietary supplement that helps to improve and provide a maintenance of bones and muscles in normal conditions. It also helps to reduce tiredness, fatigue and normal psychological function. Made mainly with magnesium chloride and anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), each tablet contains 100 mg. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Suitable for vegans, and does not contain gluten.

Instructions for use

Take 3 tablets a day between breakfast and dinner.

Magnesium is a mineral needed for the different processes in our body, as it helps to maintain the regular function of the muscles and the nervous system. It is an essential nutrient for serotonin production (a neurotransmitter) and contributes to bone health.
