Saugella Poligyn pH7 is an intimate daily soap specially designed for women in menopause. Its camomile-rich composition provides instant relief and freshness and reduces irritation caused by vulvar itching.
This intimate soap is specific for women in menopause because their mucous membranes are more sensitive and the vaginal pH is physiologically higher. This is why this soap has a pH7.
Vaginal dryness is a benign but annoying issue that affects many people. It can happen at any age and can be caused by different factors: the decrease in oestrogen during menopause, postpartum, taking certain medications or medical treatments, reoccurring urinary tract infections, very high levels of stress, etc
It is due to a decrease in vaginal discharge and there is usually an imbalance in the vaginal microbiota. The symptoms are a feeling of tightness, burning, itching or pain, and they usually increase during sexual intercourse or when urinating.
