Product details

StratXRT radiodermatitis associated with radiotherapy is a sanitary gel formulated for the prevention and treatment of skin alterations induced by radiotherapy, including radiodermatitis. It is indicated for patients undergoing oncological treatment with radiation, acting by forming a semi-permeable protective barrier that helps maintain a favorable skin environment for the protection and recovery of the skin.

The Benefits of StratXRT are related to its ability to protect the skin against transepidermal water loss and external mechanical aggression, reducing the impact of skin damage associated with ionizing radiation. Its protective film technology promotes comfort and maintains skin integrity during treatment.

  • Helps prevent and treat radiodermatitis associated with radiotherapy protocols.
  • Forms a flexible and semi-permeable protective barrier that protects the skin surface.
  • Contributes to reducing skin hydration loss and promotes the balance of the skin's microenvironment.
  • Helps decrease irritation, sensitivity, and skin discomfort resulting from radiation exposure.
  • Promotes the protection of the epidermal barrier against friction and external agents.
  • Suitable for sensitized skin during oncological treatments under the corresponding clinical indication.

Check that the affected skin or superficial wound is clean and dry. Before applying the gel, carefully dry any excess exudate or fluid from the area. Apply a very thin layer of the product to the affected area and allow the skin to dry. It should be applied to the affected areas 1 or 2 times daily or as recommended by a doctor. Once dry, it can be covered with sunscreen, cosmetics, and clothing. It should remain in continuous contact with the skin. It should dry in 5 - 6 minutes; if it takes longer, you may have applied too much gel.
