Oral health is important to ensure a good quality of life. Taking care of our teeth and the health of our gums allows us to chew and prevent tooth loss. TePe® interdental brush 0.4mm pink helps to clean food debris from between the teeth. Its filaments have a soft hardness and cylindrical shape that will prevent gum inflammation, cavities and even bad breath.

Gently insert the brush between the teeth, without forcing it. Move the brush from inside to outside several times.

To maintain a healthy oral cavity we must have good oral cleaning habits. That's why you have to keep in mind:

• - Brush 30 minutes after meals. Using at least one fluoride toothpaste twice a day.
• - Use interdental brushes to remove the toughest debris that accumulates between the teeth.
• - Use an antiseptic mouthwash to remove debris and bacteria.
